heres a question i never thought about: How did you get brawls head off in the first place?

 

I would guess he pulled it off.
Though in some cases you can get to the screw in the back of the head.

 

haha, thats why i asked. The screw in his head is inside of his lightpiping

 

that just means the lower portion is held by glue.

 

How did you keep the sculpted heads compatible with the ball-joint necks?

 

He may have inserted a ballcap that fits the balljoint.
or Dremeled it out enough to pop the head on.
