This is my own version of Transformers Classics Voyager size Battle OPS Ironhide made out of the Transformers marvel crossover Iron-man with other custom parts. This is a different approach on Ironhide based on one ko alternators version I saw online that turned into a hummer. This custom has a head from an RTS Grapple figure that has been modified to resemble Ironhides' look and its now on ball joint. The Front grill has been changed and doesn't affect transformation, and I have swapped the original fists and replaced them with articulated hands made by ARTELOKO Kustoms. I really love this mold so I had to do an ironhide I just wish I had more weapons to add on :)

Nice! I've been pretty tempted to pull an Ironhide out of that mold too... it works really well, AND it's molded in red, for those lazy kitbashers among us who don't want to do too much painting.

The paint on this one, however, looks fantastic. A real beast. And that modified Grapple head makes a great Ironhide. I wouldn't have guessed!

That Hummer Crossover mold is actually incredibly versatile, and can sort of be squeezed into a couple of different scales. Ironhide, Roadbuster, Ironfist, Swindle, Hound, Gears, Brawn, Soundwave, Blaster, etc... with a bit of mistransforming, you can even get 3 fairly distinct alternate robot modes out of it. I love it!

Nice job! doe his guns peg to his forearms? that would be the icing on the cake if they did! Love the grapple head thats something I would have never seen Ironhide in but its awsome.

Ok, I'll be getting started on it soon. Got a few things I've gotta take care of but I've been needing a good ironhide mold. The actual classics version isn't cutting it for me. I think this mold will be great :)
thanks. I'll let you know when it's done.

Absolutely brilliant!! I think this ranks right up there with the best uses of this crossover mold. I did a Classics Bulkhead with mine, I never thought to make an Ironhide. Very nice work here!!
