...And Stepper just wouldn't be complete without Artfire to join him!

Artfire here probably looks REALLY familiar to the regulars here, and that's because I patterned him near identically to Jicco's Artfire from a few months ago. His version of Artfire was so perfect, I knew I wanted this one to be pretty close, however I stuck with my solid, glossy, cartoon-like color style with no weathering, shading, etc.
Jicco also provided me with the lettering decals for the cab, thanks again!

Like Stepper, Artfire's TM is one of Ramrider's Gunslinger's. This time Dust-up was used...and I think I'll stick with that name since there's already a Classic Targetmaster named Nightstick.

Artfire's ladder comes from the TFC Gears of War set, and is now attached to a scratchbuilt folding arm. The ladder now folds onto Artfires back without any partsforming. I've also built in a 3mm rod to the ladder bucket for the Targetmaster to attach to in vehicle mode.

Paints are all custom mixes of Model Master acrylics expect for the Gloss white, Tamiya Clear blue, and Krylon Silver.

Right on man! Great custom! It makes me happy to see people doing this to the inferno mold. I plan on doing this when I get inferno to match the heavy pumper at my fire dept. I am a firefighter so this is good to see. great job.

You killed it with these paint jobs mate. They look as though they are factory applied. That white must have been a killer though.

This is perfect. The paint is so well done, and the pics with stepper look even better than factory. You've got a quite a beautiful pair of customs here.

Honestly, I always thought the original Artfire looked a tad knock-offish and never really understood the appeal. But this right here? That is some gorgeous work there, sir.

Yep, that is the only downside to the Targetmasters. That texture you're seeing is because this is a 3-D print from Shapeways.com. In order for the figure to be printed in that scale, and be strong enough for repeated transformations/posing, the particular "Strong and Flexible" material is used, which unfortunately has a rough texture.

Wow, I thought this /was/ Jicco's Artfire! Great job on this, Jarrod. I especially love Artfire's windshield. Wonderful work.

Everything I said about Stepper applies here too; this is flat-out gorgeous. Again, I love how you've build the rail into his ladder so you can clip stuff onto it. That system is just so versatile and unobtrusive. :D

Yeah, the WSF does have a bit of a texture, which to be honest I think shows up more in photos than in real life. It can be mitigated if you're willing to put in a little extra effort to fill the pores in the surface.
I'm actually hoping to release the figs in Detail materials soon, for those who find the texture a big stumbling block, but I need to do a little retooling first.
