So I had shelved this project 2 years ago when I started getting slammed with commissions but after seeing Scottie_Bees absolutely kick ass version he inspired me to get it done. Made using Movie Fludmap and Classics Prowl. Some Mirage parts and the head is just a stand in till I had finished the sculpt (a Jazz head I had made before RTS came out). The arms had to be reversed and the tires moved back/down in order to face forward and line up with the smaller wells. The foreward wheel wells will fold back like Prowls. Still need to add hinges to the shins so he doesn't have those gigantic boots and add some feet. But seriously, check out ScottieBees cuz it's way more bitchin'!

How you used the stock wheel flipping part (for the feet) is awesome.
I never thought the movie twins could look decent in a classics sense. I've been looking at them just for parts fodder, and not for the body.

    R!

I like where you're going with this, but I do have to point out one flaw:

You butchered a Classics Mirage... for MUDFLAP.

    THIS IS MADNASS.

I did feel bad about ripping it apart because it does have a pretty complex transformation, but then I remembered how much the characters sucked! Still got some work to do on the feet, but thanks dude.
Aw gee, thanks Jav! Usually when I start a project I try to research it a bit to see if it's been done. Not so I can replicate but to stay away from what's already been done. Unless it's just too sweet and I have to have one for myself of course.

    Thanks man!

Me either. I plan on a a weapon based on the original Diaclone scooter accessory.

Correction: I butchered a Classics Mirage for Classics Skids haha. I wouldn't butcher a twisty-tie for Mudflap. Besides I usually always have a few on hand before I butcher one. Plus I started this a couple years ago before it became that hard to find.

No hat throwing! I say do yours up if you have one planned dude! That's what the whole point behind sites like this are. Sharing ideas, sources of inspiration and offering variety.

Thanks for the shout out Spoon. He looks great so far, I never thought of using Mudflap for Skids. I like the wheels facing the front transformation. Awesome!

And I am so glad you did.
We need to see more of this kind of stuff- turning Movieverse into Classics.

    Love it!

That's amazing! You took a pre-planned mold and readjusted the transformation and the works! Damn, that's bright!
