Nice, i'm looking forward to this line. Hopefully my walmart will carry them(they don't carry alts, BW 10th figures, or minicons).

 

Meg's, Soundwave and Astrotrain will definatly be mine, assuming we do get MP-03 Starscream, I'll forgo the classic-line Screamer. Might have to go with Voyager OP and Jetfire and one other autobot to even things out. Although I'll probably want all of them, I think I'll have to limit it to 3 and 3, just for financial reasons.

 

I might end up pickign some of them up.

I can also already see all of us bitching about every tiny detail about these once we buy them, thus causing Hasbro to give up on us forever  

 

I think Hasbro knows by now, that the fans will complain about anything and everything.

I just know that somebody is going to complain that "G1 was 20 years ago, it's time to do something new."  

 

That or in a once in a lifetime the entire fandom praises Hasbro for finally giving us the perfect TF line.

 

That's not a bad idea, I might do that too. I know I'm getting at least 3 Hot Rods though (1 each mode, 1 sealed).   I mean hell, I've got 3 of the original on the shelf already, and that doesn't count black/clear versions.

It'll never happen. I mean, people even complained about 20th Prime/MP Convoy, and he's freaking perfect.

 

I'd say 'for real', as we've already seen pics of the Astrotrain mold. Though the final case distribution is probably subject to change.

 

Nah, there's already people unhappy about the bullet train mode for Astotrain. Too bad eh? I know the line's gonna make a lot of us happy though.

Anyway, am I the only one thats a bit disappointed that we're getting more of the same characters once again?

Couldnt we have gotten something closer along the lines of TFTM? Bumblebee....ok....Hot Rod....meh, ok....Jetfire...again,meh ok but only if he is closer to his original form than more recent forms. I'd rather see a new Galvatron, maybe even a new Springer than another Soundwave or Starscream.....and jeez louise ANOTHER Prowl?  

 

Just cant please everyone. The rest of us will be happy, I'm sure, at least most of the rest of us.

 

Where do you read Prowl in that line up? Or are you talking about another fan saying they want one of the TBDs to be Prowl?

 

No Prowl confirmed so far as far as I know!

But come on, even after the Alternator's version, we've never gotten a really great update/homage of the G1 version before. Not in my opinion anyway.
