Classic Galvatron head ?

    Eh.. I can't tell by looking at mine. It rotates, but doesn't tilt up or down and there is not enough clearance to see under his head.

    There is a screw on the back of his head though. I'm not gonna take it off cause I don't want to make it loose.

    Just turns side to side. Definitely not a ball joint.
