    Hi fellows!

This time I'm posting pics of my recent new custom, Brawl.

I made it out of Megatron combat hero G2 mold, just made some mods just like the shoulder cannon which is now detachable and connected to his back in order to resemble the G1 character better.

Although I could not find the right collors I wanted, I think the result got really cool.

The head has been sculpted in plastic and I still want to add some details on it and if I ever do I'll update the thread.

    Thanks for looking.

I've had an Armada Bludgeon (same mold) kicking around forever with the intention of doing this. Yours looks great... the custom head is just right. :)

My only beef with this figure is that he doesn't stand very well with those hollow block feet of his. But he's a great size to put next to puny Classics Autobots. :)

    Thank you!

He's much happier now that he has been approved by himself LOL

Dude! For Primus sake, do not throw ur unwanted toys away!! Donate 'em to me instead! LOL Ok buddy, good luck on yours!

Honestly I'd like to, but I don't have the other molds I need.
I only know that I could use Universe Blades for Vortex, but I have no clue what molds I could use to make the other guys.

Well, all I know is Bruticus would merge GIGANTIC using these guys.

Thank you, the head ain't exactly the way I wanted it to be, couldn't add the details I wanted but it kinda looks cool.
Surprisingly the atachment of the cannon on his back added him a good balance, the feets could be better projected though.

Thank you, I think he's kinda shorty for Megatron.

Wow. That mold looks so bland next to current-era toys! :D

This is nice work, though. If I ever get around to bashing this mold, I want to figure out how to give him some heel spurs on the insides of his legs...

Me too! This figure really needs some extra footprint area, but the way his legs fold up, adding anything would be sort of awkward.

I think this is an overall very well-done figure. I think the choice of the mold used is an excellent choice, and that head is just superb.

I'd venture to think that adding some modifications to the feet would be a fairly medium-level skilled task, and I think it would really take this custom a stretch further into awesome. Also, I'd suggest making those silver parts a darker silver or even a gun metal gray (see photos for reference Brawl - 1986 Transformers - Transformers Resources). I also wouldn't mind seeing a green that is more on the brownish end of the spectrum as well. Testors makes a military paint kit that would be absolutely perfect for this figure.

Thanks for sharing, and keep up the great work! :thumb

So far I think there's no way to implement new feet for this figure due there's no space enough inside of the mold to add new parts and turn it back to altmode.
There's a way to attach feets outside of the legs only, but it will probably get sort of weird somehow...

About the paintjob you are completely right, I'll be looking forward to use a dark gray instead of silver on these parts.
About the green, unfortunately I used a lighter green because I always do my paintjobs with automotive spray paint, and I had no other green in my stocks...I agree with you too but I'll just to keep it this way because it would be a pain the ass removing all this paint...

Thank you for the advices bro!

Thanks, I'll post new pics whenever a finish the new head and details.

O wait... seem like my megatron is different....

I want to keep the megatron head intact for an other future project...

but what heads could easily be turned into brawl?

What collor is your Megatron by the way?
If Green it's probably much bigger than mine, and also have electronics too.
In this case I advise you to keep it this way, dude this toy is cool!

But just in case you want to make a custom like mine, the head I have sculpted by using a old plastic credit card by cutting and jointing the parts just like a papercraft process... Easy but annoying LOL

Okay pal, I thought you had a G2 Megatron just like mine.
G2 Megs in fact have two different models as far as I know: The green huge electonic one and the deluxe one which is just like mine.
Both have the same transformation scheme.

The other electronic Megatron you have, according to your description is the Armada one, right?

And the smaller green/white one you posted is the Classic battle Megs; I don't like this mold, but I think you could make a good Brawl and even a Impactor out of him.
