found this batman beyond clip on youtube

    YouTube - Futuristic Batman theme

i don't know if i was hearing it right but is it just me or does it actually sound like their playing a batman beyond version of the classics tas batman theme in for the background music when oldman bruce wayne gets in that fight with inQue?

it actually sounds a bit better during the other fight for thesecond half of the youtube video.

i actually think bruce looks better in that high tech power suitt he was hiding under the coat it looks pretty killer in its own right

stress and pain aside you just know old man bruce enjoyed being back in the game if only for that single incredible moment each time he got back in the suit.

just my thoughts on the matter but i actually think it would have made more sense for him to have used that suit during jlu if only because it would have given him a greater degree of enhanced strength and firepower so to speak back when darkseid came back from the dead during the 2 part destroyer storyline

Yes, that's the Batman TAS Batman fanfare. And that first scene is probably one of the best examples of Bruce being utterly badass in that series. Far from the only one, but one of the best. (I'd rank the Bruce / Terry double team as another example).

Ironic both of them are in the same video!

There's also a brief riff at the beginning of Return of the Joker.
    Man, I loved Batman beyond

I love Batman Beyond, but wait I know the first awesome part, but what episode is the second part from?
Freakin awesome cartoon, I hope Terry isn't forgotten forever now. Return of the Joker was a great movie, second to Mask of The Phantasm.

The second one is from a third season episode, title is "Out of the Past". One of the single most awesome Bruce centric episodes in the series and a nice return by a certain villain. Go on, watch the clip, it's obvious who :)

The Inque one is Dissapearing Inque. The second is Out of the Past. JLU has another version of a BB BTAS theme:

The theme to Batman: The Animated Series is one of the greatest things ever... LOVE the version from MotP, but I still get a thrill from the Beyond treatment of it ;)

Terry - "Seriously lady, you're creeping me out."
Bruce - "You, she kissed me."

IIRC, the chorus- the vocals, i mean- to the MotP opening theme were the names of people that worked on the movie, sung backwards.

I figured out how to play the Animated Series theme on keyboard. The basic keys are this:

    A-D-F-F-F-E-C-E Flat-D-A-D-F-F-F-E-C-E-A-D-F-F-B-E-G-G

have you tried playing it with the jlu season 2 episode the doomsday sanction?

its the scene that starts at 7:32 when batman flicks the switch to launch the javalins missiles near the very tail end of the episode where batman commits himself to that suicide run

if you play the phantasm piece for the scene and fiddle with the volume a bit that phantasm theme it just works so perfectly for the whole scene
