Circuit Breaker (G1 Marvel comics). Made from an Elseworlds Batgirl, a lot of sanding, a lot of masking tape, and an airbrush. She was painted silver first, masked the circuit pattern, then painted flesh tone.
Damn, that's nuts !!!! Mind sharing with use what you used to tape it off with, your lines are so clean.
I used 1/4" ans 1/16" masking tape I found at my local hobby shop. Can probably order online. It's great for stripes.
Always one of my favorite G1 human characters. Awesome work, very smooth painting, and the fact that you did the base as well really makes the art pop.
Seriously skillfull paintapps! ABout the figure, you could have gone for some shorter hair. But that's just me looking at the wiki pic and whining about details. iDD
I get frustrated taping off the windows of a car...you must have the patience of a saint! The lines look great and I'm glad you shared with us how you did it. Maybe I will muster up enough guts to do some pin striping on one of my cars. Thanks again for sharing.
I believe it was Tamiya tape. The hobby shop closed down afterwards, so I'll have to find it on-line next time. It did test my patience, especially living in a humid climate - the tape kept coming off. I've thought about the other Neonights, but they are not near as interesting!
Dude, I totally remember this one!!! It was like a Flashback...Didn't know what this was until my brain told me what I was looking at... ...wonderful obscure reference!!!
I like this one better then your 2nd one . She looks more like .. I dont know like you cared more .... that sound right ? Im not knocking your work at all I dont know I think this one is cooler then void one
