I just noticed, the contents on the back of the Destroyer box says "Bio card x 7" So it has cards for all the Constructicons and one for Devastator?

 

Interested! It would mean I'd have to get an encore devs at some point though.

Not a bad price, considering it allows you to make a complete Devastator using 6 loose Constructicions with no accessories. I hope it comes out in G2 colors.

Only things it might be missing are a drill arms, a cape, and 6 handguns for the individual Constructicions. One can dream.

If that's the price then I'll bite - My G1 set is missing either the fists or the drill, can't remember which. At that price, it's a more worthwhile upgrade than tracking down the extra parts I lost. The only thing I would be curious about is how it looks and stands with Long Haul's legs sticking out the back like that.

 

When I was a kid, I kept all my guns and parts in a seperate shoebox. One time, Devastator was merging to fight Defensor and for the life of me I couldn't find that other fist. So I shrugged, jammed the drill bit in there, and gave Defensor the dental surgery of his life!  

 

  This is a must for me now.

 

I just had a though - Scrapper's foot in Devastator mode might benefit from a piece to make it more solid so it stands better.

I would imagine if you wanted to upgrade say G1 Bruticus or G1 Defensor the most useful parts would be foot pads that allow for a variable stance and new hands. But you could make the bots bigger than they were using extra parts and put in new stronger joints and arm extensions etc...

I wish upgrade companies were more open to making Beast Era upgrades as I really want enhancements for God Neptune and Gigastorm to make them like the original versions of the moulds they are derived from.

 

lol, this is perfect for me as I recently got 4 of the 6 G1 figures in excellent condition for almost nothing. I made a thread in the wanted section but I really didn't want to pay like $50 just for the bare accessories to make devastator. This is the perfect option!

 

23 bucks for the whole set??? that is unheard of  

 

If this really ends up being $23.90. I will buy it merely to support a company putting out something at a real price.

And to support the idea that lower prices will increase sale numbers thus providing a profit that will make the creator happy.

 

$23.90 + $15.87 shipping(to HI anyways) = $39.77. That's like the cost of one crazy devy set. I says preorder january 2012 but robotkingdom has it up on their site. Damn....i may have to bite even thought I got a crazy fragile devy'd devastator.

DOes anyone know which Devi this is for?

Going by CD G1, KO and Encore all have different port sizes.

Which one is this meant to work with. If it IS Encore I am in like flint.
