So they're ALSO making a KO of Jizai Toys' Powerglide?

Over-speculation on Powerglide is going to leave everyone poorer.

Perhaps some of these 3rd Party companies should start working on redesigns for some of the post-Season 3 TFs instead.

Meh. That picture is very unflattering if they want sales, especially with 178326798954787 other versions of Powerglide coming out this year.

Should Hasbro? Should Takara? Probably. But it's costly, difficult and not usually very rewarding to pursue a claim such as this.

Yes he should. He should sue for someone ripping off his rip off of Tas/hak's stuff.

    Jeebus some people.

    Hypermegafail.

Jizai's stuff was licensed by Takara.

CHMS is a copy of that.

But suing would be pointless, as the cost far outweighs the gain, even if it were possible to do so under the laws of Japan/China.

Licensed, as in how? Certain number of production runs, full character license? Time license? Area restricted license?

One-day license for a toy show. Wonderfest, I believe.

Again if the original license belongs to Tas/Hak, even if the mold were new but licensed and based off G1 Powerglide, who is owned by Tas/Hak they would have to sue. Jiz doesn't technically "own" the figure in the 1st place. And with the multitude of Knock off's out there I doubt they will. Unless of course it hit one of their mainstream markets, I.e. UK, US, Aus etc.

Yes. JizaiToys is aquiring "One-Day License" at every toy show when selling their TF related stuff. and they claim that they DO NOT have relation to those KO makers(including last X-Transbots). so it's a pure insult for the craftsmanship, as always. *sigh*
