That's weird. Wouldn't Takara be the ones issuing Chinese printed ones? Don't see how they could get mixed up in a Hasbro case.

Same production plants. Probably a case of whoever was packing up a box was short an Ironhide and grabbed one off of the other line to make up the numbers.

Will be interesting to see how widespread this turns out to be.

IIRC, mainland China, where you can actually get TFs at retail there, is a Hasbro market.

Hasbro Hong Kong are agents for Takara though.

Tons of older Beast Wars & Machines toys can be found in Hasbo packaging with Chinese stickers on top of them.

This actually has Chinese characters printed on the packaging.

The distribution info on the bottom isn't the "standard," it's for Hasbro in Hong Kong.

I did buy it, everything went through fine. For $7, it's cool to have.

Hong Kong typically gets Hasbro AND Takara toys.

for all we know it was from a case some fan ordered and he returned to a store using an old receipt. happens all the time.

Crooked fans and ebay fools do it to get extra money.
