    I don't know where to put this thread but I could use some help with something. I have a tracking number (RR830128943CN) and when I track it, the last thing I get was on 2010-12-07 and it states: departure from outward office of exchange. I don't really know much about international shipments so could someone please explain to me what this means?

    It's been stuck on that for almost 2 weeks. I used the USPS site also. I just wonder why no more information has been posted on it for so long?
