I doubt this scammer sent anything at all. Except maybe a tiny box of ko jelly beans.
Skip eBay, contact PayPal immediately and open a dispute.

 

I suggest no one buys from zuochundong114. My "item" has been sitting at a regional distribution for 17 days now. Since I bought it with a eBay gift card, can't contact PP since it doesn't show up on my PP account as a purchase and have to deal with eBay. However, the arrival date for shipment is February 1st so eBay can't do shit about it till that date passes.

Zuochundong114 price for FT Hydra was only $3 cheaper than Baba at the time so it wasnt a case of price being too good to be true.

 

I made the transaction using an eBay gift card. Should I still contact PayPal?

They did readily refund me, but that experience didn't really leave me itching to use them again. I haven't steered clear of them so much as other sellers I use more regularly have had the few items I purchased since then.

I think PayPal handles all transactions regardless of the source of funds.
But you can ask eBay first. Send them a message.

 

If you don't use a payment in the form of a credit/debit PP doesn't get a fee from it so I don't think they do anything about it.

Well Quietus arrived yesterday! Packed in the usual styrofoam casing. Box was in great condition. Took a bit longer to get here, but all is well.

Yeah I’m going through the same situation as we speak...guy has a listing saying it’s INSTOCK and it’s not   I’ve been using EBay for 12 years now and over the past few years things have gotten far worse in regards to international packages...I think I’ll have to wait from now on until one of our USA connections get it or go with SHOW Z....Just wish EBay would do something about this sort of thing

zuochundong114 gave?? I noticed they've been slashing prices lately. They dropped FT Hydra to $119 then $109. Definitely red flags.
