Ahh, well. I'm not old enough to drive, anyways
Not much of an improvement is it?
Does anyone know exactly how big it is in comparison to say Alternators?
This is actually good news. means we have a greater chance of a wide release in the states.
*runs to call chevy dealer to cuss him out for lying*
I belive it is deluxe size, but does not include interior.
Duh. When's the last time America ever had a robot or toy-related promotion this cool
Yeah, look at gold movie bumblebee.
He's an alternator? Hey guys, he's an Alternator! He's an Alternator! Megamus said so!
I can't tell who here is joking or not joking so I guess its worth repeating...
He is NOT an Alternator. The figure is a standard deluxe size and complexity.
Damn foiled again...........
Um...this is a china promo meanign only 2000 in china...hes proalby gonna get relaeased her for Classics 2.0 or whatever
This actually bodes worse for people outside of China who rely on Hasbro to distribute their figures. As stated many moons ago Hasbro either doesn't have the right to, or doesn't like to release Japanese exclusive figures because it ruins their special-ness, or some nonsense. Either way I don't think we will see this figure, but keep hope alive.
Everybody, cheer up!
This means it's possible that we'll see Swerve in Universe (in these colors) over here!
If there are future over-seas promotions like this, I wonder if we'll see some Classics 2.0 characters get licensed altmodes?
I find it a little difficult to believe this toy will be totally exclusive to China's Chevy dealers, but ya never know for certain. Seems funny to have so much English on those instructions if the toy's not going outside Asia, though.
Doubtful. Unless you want Botcon sets in the 4 figure price range.
I didn't mean the whole line, just one or two molds every year. Besides, I don't think Hasbro would forego doing a licensed car just because it isn't viable for the Botcon sets.
Exactly. That, more than anything, makes me relatively certain this toy will show up in the U.S. somehow.
Somehow, if this gets a wider release, I'm expecting this to be exclusive to some store that nobody has close to them. Meanwhile, it will see widespread release throughout Europe. Canada will never see it.
