    A Texan and a New Mexican are walking along when God comes down and appears before them.

    God says, "I'll give you each one wish, but you must decide carefully." The Texan jumps first, and says "I want you to build a huge concrete wall all around Texas so no more of those idiot New Mexicans will come into our great land, and make it a thousand feet tall so they'll never get over it."

    God reaches out, and then says "it has been done." He then turns to the New Mexican and asks for his wish.

    The New Mexican pauses for a moment, and then asks "How tall was that wall?" God replies "1000 feet."

    The New Mexican ponders for another moment, and then states, "fill it with water."
