Check out this potential naughtiness, look at the 1st auction and check the buyers name.

WHEELJACK 100% comp. SEALED in repro box. TRANSFORMERS on eBay, also Generation 1, Transformers, Action Figures, Toys Games (end time 28-Jul-08 22:30:00 BST)

Now check out the 2nd auction and look at the sellers name

TRANSFORMERS G1 WHEELJACK MISB SEALED BUBBLE on eBay, also Generation 1, Transformers, Action Figures, Toys Games (end time 29-Oct-08 15:49:44 GMT)

Notice anything similar? seems a tad shady :(  they look like the same item to me apart from the 2nd auction doesnt state its a repro box and its now £156 more.

I may be wrong and apologise if so but it smells fishy.

Looks fishy indeed, especially since KO Wheeljack is out and about now.

The first buyer is a real sneaky bast*rd, "in a repro box" so it looks "factory fresh". Give me a break. And why did he get "deadbeat" US-buyers? Maybe it's because they came to TFW2005.com in the nick of time :lol

I'm sure its the same one. Hopefully no one buys it. One of the main reasons I don't know ungraded MISB G1 on ebay.

It's exactly the same one, since the buyer of the first one and the seller of the second are the same person...

Very good eye....it is the same item. I got a chuckle about the 2nd one that he did not mention that it wasn't an original box. Also, he indicated that it was unopened.

This is the perfect example of why checking a sellers buying feedback is as important as their selling feedback.

    Well spotted Red Leader.

I was watching a sealed to bubble Snapdragon this guy was selling last week, won't be interested in any of his items now though.

Yeah this is the kind of thing people should report. For now they are very responsive to this kind of thing.

Totally agree, I was tempted by the Nightbeat and the Astrotrain he had last week but this has put me off totally.

    Ebay:
He assured me that the Wheeljack he is selling is the one he received back in the 80's when he was a kid. Said he has never sold a KO labeled as the genuine article. Didn't expect him to tell the truth though so who knows if he's telling the truth.

I'm sure he only ended it because he was afraid no one would buy his other wares. But unfortunately he will wait until the other auction (the one he won) falls off the retrieval list and will relist it as original. So anyone looking for a g1 boxed Wheeljack remember his name and beware......
