Hey peeps. Do any of you know how cheap Fortress maximus goes for nowadays?
I guess that's the normal price going for Brave Maximus.
Cheapest fort max is the $10 KO that's about 6 inches tall.
The Car Robots Brave Max looks to be the cheapest at around $200+ MIB
yeah if you can find one for 200 mib or less, snag it, cause I dont believe we will be seeing another reissue. so with that said, he's not going to get any cheaper.
I just wanted to put it out there that I am open to any donations of Brave Max/Fort Max to my collection.
Meh it was worth a shot.
i shopped for one about 2 years ago.
I lost out on a complete fort max bid for 450 dollars, and it was dirty and needed stickers
and i lost out on a brave max out of box w/ a Megabolt megatron for an alternate head, that had a BIN of 250. It literally went while i was clicking buy now!
so in the box, you are looking at least 300 for a brave max. And around 400-500 for a complete loose fort max.
i finally broke down and bought one for 350. cuz i didnt think the price would ever decline..... and it hasnt
whatever you do, dont buy a junker and try to track down all the parts. You will pay out the ass
Sold a minty white complete Fort Max with all accessories + tech specs + instructions at Botcon for $600. Guy who bought it was so enthusiastically happy he all but named me godfather of his unborn children, lol. Guess that was his grail or something.
Fort Max MISB?? Minimum, you're looking at a four figure price.
MIB complete, probably anywhere from $500-$850 depending on condition of both box and toy.
Good luck to you, it took me forever to get one, but it was definitely worth the trouble.
I recently sold my body with hip guns, large gun, Cerebros, cog torso and legs for $250. Considering Spike was missing among other tougher parts to find, a $400 - $500 price indeed sounds correct, pending condition.

I'm sticking with my TF Jr. version for it's efficient coolness per size factor.
I bought Brave Maximus MIB for $200 with free shipping, several months ago on Ebay.
Get the reprolabel Fortress Maximus upgrade set for him though. Best $18 I ever spent.
He's probably the pride of my collection, everyone compliments me on him.
Does it make a difference in the after market if it is the korean or japanese version of brave max? I have the korean version, simply because it was about 100 dollars when it first came out. The only thing I don't like about brave max is the fact he doesn't come with most of his weapons. But I like his color scheme the best out of the three versions.
Japanese is always going to be slightly more, only because there's still people that believe Korean releases (via Sonokong- licensed by Takara) are knockoffs.
And the one sticker is right-side-up on the Japanese one...
which upgrade set? the eyes and cross for cerebros?
is there a $18 brave max set i'm missing somewhere on the site?
I think it's like Fort Max conversion or something like that. I think you might have to contact Delta directly to get it.
Thanks. I'm not selling mine, but I was just wondering about his worth. And I'm personally glad some people still think that they are knock offs, since I still have some Beast Wars Neo and Car Robots left to collect, and I'm more than happy to get them cheaper if their simply in a different box . On a side note: I was looking at my the Car Robots catalogue that came with him, and I always found it funny that the Korean version of Prowl has his doors read police in english, while the American version still has it in Japanese.
No, its a big upgrade set(2 sheets) that upgrades Brave Maximus to Fortress Maximus. They left a LOT of stickers off Brave Maximus that are on Fortress Maximus. This set has all the rest.
You have to email Reprolabels to order this set, its not listed on their website for some reason.
wow! im definitely gonna get the upgrade set. i just didnt wanna bank on the 45 dollar set
All you gotta do is find it.
I'll give you a hint...it's somewhere in...North America.
