Honestly is there any reason not to get these first, as they affect the purchase cost and can save you tons of time?
They are both perks from the teletran stations, one affects purchases of weapon upgrades/acquisitions(Cheap shot) by reducing costs by 25% and the other affects purchases of tech stuff like place-able barriers and unique grenades by reducing costs by 25%(Scavenger's special) just wondering under what circumstances one would pick to not get these first, since they are both relatively cheap and cheapen the costs of all the things you can purchase to upgrade your character
I played through Vortex's level so much I got all the possible weapons upgrades AND permanent perks, with the hope that it'll transfer into the main game.
