Shockwave I thought was supposed to be the baddy in DOTM. After seeing DOTM and lack of screen time and everything else without going into detail for those who haven't yet, I think a Leader Class version is out...although would love one. What are the thoughts of others who have seen DOTM?

Eh. If there's anyone who truly deserves a decent Leader Class, it's Megatron. Shockwave would be cool because his design is so awesome, but he didn't really do enough for me to qualify for it.

Shockwave seems very unlikely. Between his lack of screen time and the fact he never actually transforms...

The really depressing thing is that I'm pretty luke warm on the way Megatron looked in this one. I strongly preferred how he looked in ROTF.

They MAY take their time and try to deliver a really impressive leader Megatron (like they did with SS for the last movie). The problem of course being that I liked ROTF megs better and any new leader would be based off DOTM (although I do like the DOTM voyager).

Of course the ROTF leaders megs was pretty mediocre.

Now having seen the movie, I'm skeptical that there's any leader toy in the works I'll really get excited about (although I'll probably buy what ever they release). Blackout and Bonecrusher STILL seem like the most worthy candidates. Blackout is very, very unlikely, and there's absolutely no chance of Bonecrusher

Maybe if Hasbro somehow incorporated that Movie 1 Scorpnok on Steroids thing maybe I can see a Leader Class Shockwave.

I'd prefer a Revoltech, model kit, or some kind of untransformable more articulated/movie accurate Shockwave anyway. I really don't like cybertron alt modes, and they probably don't sell as well either. I'd much, much rather have a leader Megs.

If he got as much screen time as Movie Brawl "Devastator", he still might get a Leader figure. Maybe? I'm still hoping. I also hope for a Leader Megatron. C'mon Hasbro, Mack vs. Peterbuilt death-match all the way! :D

Not that I wouldn't like it, but I think Megs deserves it more and has an actual Alt-mode to work with this time. If it's anything like HFTD Starscream it could end up being one of the best leader figures ever.

The first movie Megatron I actually love and there is no leader announced so far. Figures.

Megatron deserves it more. It'd be nice to get a somewhat intricate, larger scaled version of the DOTM design that doesn't have a tiny head.

One of the few things I didn't like about DOTM is that one of my fears came to pass: Shockwave was pretty much The Fallen redux - lots of buildup in terms of cool character design and hype through marketing, not much payoff in the movie itself.

Shockwave has a very accurate toy already. I wouldn't turn down a Leader but about all it would gain is posability with the Human Alliance Decepticons.

Did Hasbro even hint that there would be more leader figures in the near future? Maybe not under the DOTM line, but in a spin-off line like HFTD Leader Starscream was?

There is a minimal prospect of a Leader Shockwave release. To expect it would be illogical.

Actually, (unless we count the worm as Shockwave) I think the Fallen actually had more screen time and did more than Shockwave. I was actually just thinking that if you've seen all the ads, you've seen nearly all existing Shockwave footage. :(

Of course the reason they promoted him so heavily as the villain was to draw attention away from another bot.

Largely doubtful for Shockwave, but Megs needs one, he has such an awesome design, and he NEEDS his shotgun.

After DOTM I wouldnt want a Shockwave leader class. He was a waste of space IMO.
