Sorry if this has been asked before....

But what does everyone think are the chances of the U.S. getting a mass-release Masterpiece Thundercracker? They've already made Starscream and Skywarp.....so Thundercracker seems like a shoe-in. But who knows...? Thoughts?

Seems likely to me. Not any time soon, of course, but the potential is there. You never know with hasbro.

But don't get your hopes up. They might find the mould unusable.

Well, if it's true that we'll get Grimlock next year, then hopefully they will put out TC after that...I hope.....

I want a reasonably priced TC and not have to track down a Japanese version!

I certainly hope that Hasbro would start releasing more and more Masterpieces here in the U.S.

I'm sorry, but those Takara MPs just cost far more than I'm willing to spend.

I'd rather have Hasbro release a new MP mold rather than keep getting redecos.

I think we will get him but not right away. Each recent MP release in the US was over a year behind Japan's releases.

I honestly hope they do, since it sounds like the Takara MP Thundercracker had a lot of QC issues. U.S. MP Starscream and Skywarp were good quality, so I imagine they'd fix Thundercracker. Plus, a U.S. release would be much less expensive.

I thought it would be a no-brainer, but after seeing loads of MP Skywarps sitting on the shelves, I would put it as a little more questionable now. I really hope so cause the "Banana-tits" issue on the Takara version of T-Cracker bugs me more than it really should.

Overall, I'd say odds are pretty good that we'll see Thundercracker get a US release next year, probably as a store-exclusive again. Might be Walmart, depending on how they feel about those Skywarps shelfwarming. I'd hope they go somewhere else though. Toys R Us maybe.

    This year's about Grimlock though.
I only have Starscream, but I love it. I don't really play with it much, but it displays great. Hip kibble and all.

I have the takara versions of both. I like both. I absolutely LOVE the greenish starscream. I understand why the different color scheme bothers some of you, but I think it was a very strong, real looking choice.

Skywarp's color scheme (in bot mode) doesn't work quite as well for me. I like both, but SS is my favorite by a wide margin.

I have the Hasbro Starscream, because I prefer that deco, it feels okay I guess. I have the Takara Skywarp and Thundercracker and they're amazing. The seekers, along with Megatron, aren't toys I'd want to switch around a whole lot. Optimus Prime and Grimlock on the other hand are very fun to transform quite a bit.
