Welcome to corporate america, sonny.
Unfortunately, not that unusual. This happened at my wife's company earlier this year.
Westinghouse CEO resigns after 2 days - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing.
Good for him, I guess.
Although I'm sure everyone else would like to be able to quit their job after one day and walk away with that kind of money. Or any money.
I wish I could do that.
But think of all the jobs he must've created during that miraculous day.
That has to stop. No wonder electric and everything costs so much.
Time for solar panels and living as much off the grid as possible.
This^, this^, this^... and of course this^
This^. Seriously, crap like this is why I can't even stomach watching the news most of the time. Especially during election years. When I think about how much money gets wasted by rich people getting even richer and how the merest fraction of that would solve all of my financial problems it just sickens me to no end.
My hero. I can't wait to be rich and be a complete prick with money.
This is the funniest thing I've heard all day. What a lucky bastard.
Ditto. Companies need to stop having stupid contract clauses like these. These people should have to work for their money like everyone else.
But honestly if I was in the same position, I'd probably done the same thing.
I'm willing to cover his shifts...and I'll do it for 1/4 the price (what a bargain!)
A smart...but pure dick move. I Love It! LOL
That's all I'd have to do to be loaded? Huh...
