I don't really care about the sword since I have the first release and I think it looks fine, but the teaser for some kind of leg upgrades are what intrigues me

    As for the sword.... meh..ok?

those are the original feet under the "plates"(socks). They're the silver stickers that come with the original predaking.

I think the color is darker. More of a bronze than the gold of the other one.

I am seriously thinking about buying another....

Ill pass on this since I have the other one. I'm more interested in those leg extensions.

It's easy...the original release CD sword matches the 2010 Predaking. This new release is tailored toward the 2004 Reissue Predaking & Original Predaking.

I have both reissues and the first CD sword release doesn't match the 2004 reissue IMO so this is a welcomed addition to their product line.

plus, there's really nothing on the original Predaking with the same color as the sword was, so this really just tests how bad of a OCD a collector has.

Exactly and since I'm absolutely critical of things matching and such, I have to buy this new sword :lolol

Now if they'd just release a version that's about 2/3 to 3/4 of the size of this one and I'd jump on it. I dont really care for any of their other PK 'upgrades' so this massive sword seems oversized for the standard PK without 'upgrades'.

I don't think so; the toes on Predaking's feet are tapered anyway. Looks normal to me.

The original feets just point straight forward with no articulation at all, and this new photo shows that the feets and both tantrum and headstrong is pointed to the left and right at a degree.
    You don't see it?
