In response to "all" of them being "exterminated" will come some form of "super" streptococcus mutans that will of course be immune to "Keep 32" and utterly decimate our respective mouths. And then we turn into zombies.

Joking aside, how is anything cavity proof? Isn't a cavity in itself a hole, and that in order to be immune to this, the tooth would have to be completely indestructible from anything, including itself?
