after playing around a bit with the popular rendition of Perceptor+ wfc soundwave, I still yearned to do a cartoon style cel shaded version that was more faithful to the original G1 SW, so I went with this superb mold and went all out on the celshading even on the tape deck, I love this figure so much that in my opinion really makes this the definitive update to the good old G1 cassete player soundwave with incredible knee, biceps, wrist and balljoint head articulation that totally fits any classics collection, , I even got a tingly feeling when I put laserbeak on his arm! LOL Hope you guys like! :)

Looks good, I agree the knees are very distracting but I fully agree that the ML Soundwave mold is perfect for Classics scale and looks.

Thanks so much guys! I do realise that the backwards legs may not be everyone's cup of tea, the reason behind me positioning them that way was that I felt that the back had a bit more detail to add to the authenticity of G1 soundwave's legs(mainly the knee area) so I went with that, however it's as simple as rotating the legs to the correct position via the knee swivels, and good to go! :)

Awesome. I love this mold. My faorite soundwave with WFC a close 2nd. I love these cell shaded transformers.myours more so as it seems slightly different to the ither cartoon styles in the it looks like its been picked straight out of an art deco comic. Amazing

Thanks so much! yeah I have noticed that my take on this particular style goes on a slightly different road than being based on the style of a cartoon but moreso on that of a comic, I may just start calling it comic style than cartoon style LOL. :)
    Thanks! :)
Thank you, and may I just say that it is surreal to see you commenting on my work considering I've been a fan of yours Jin since before I started customizing, for that you've made my day! thanks again! :)
    Thanks so much! :)
