WTF is Saved By the Bell on Cartoon Network? First live action movies, cancelling of JLU, now tv shows. Why don't they just slap a big TBS logo in place of Cartoon Network and get it over with. Someone shoot the morons in charge. They must share network execs with SciFi who play crap like the Flintstones movies on there, they aren't SciFi movies!

Ok the bell thing was a joke. Not funny.

i haven't really watched cartoon network since most of the anime was pulled and that pathethic line-up they got going was started...

I miss samurai jack and wanted to see the end of it (maybe I did, I don't remeber). I had honestly thought that a lot of the old school stuff would have found a home there but instead we got nothing. Just a lot of crackheads thinking they can write shows and the Crackhead execs who run the network into the ground.

It's like they're becoming the MTV of cartoons.

    Hmmm..... Interesting.

Wonder what CN is planning. With this live action show now on the network, it kinda makes me worried. What will it be like five years down the road? Will it just be five hours of cartoons and the rest live action? I really wish they will just bring back the shows they cancelled too soon or even have a retro block where all they play is eighty cartoon shows for like two hours. Now that would rock.

The "Cartoon Network" ought to be exactly that. It's not like we don't get enough live-action TV elsewhere. They should leave rerunning classic sitcoms to Nick at Nite.

LOL...Right now on Moral Orel instead of having the CN logo in the bottom corner it said [Crappy 1980's sitcom television network].

From what I gather the new President of CN hates cartoons, which is why we're seeing tv shows and movies. You want to watch cartoons, watch boomerang.

I dont get boomerang...which is also owned by CN i thought...at anyrate they ARE CARTOON NETWORK....It should be ALL cartoons....from all times....not just the new garbage they try and dish out...I remember the gold old days of the flinstones, jetsons, scooby doo, smurfs, dextors lab...etc....what happened to them..

I don't really miss that. WAAAAAYYYYY too much Hanna-Barbera on back then. I don't need six hours of Scooby-Doo reruns every day.

The only thing worth watching on CN anymore is adult swim and even then I only turn it on mainly on sundays for robot chicken, been meaning to catch the boondocks again though

i used to watch SOOOOOO much CN, even my than-girlfriend now wife would watch a lot of it. Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, if i was feeling really wierd Cow and Chicken, Damurai Freakin' Jack, Gundam Wing, Batman and Superman reruns, Batman Beyond, GIJoe reruns, early Adult swim, Space Ghost Justice league.

it's just gone down the toilet, seems like they moved the age bracket from 'all ages' to 8 and under ~ most of the newer shows just have zero all-ages appeal as far as i can tell...

The Scandinavian CN still have all those great shows on, although they're mostly all reruns. I love wathcing Mucha Lucha while getting up in the mornings :D
I checked out the American CN site to look for an episode guide and could not for the life of me understand what a Dumb and Dumber spot was doing on there...complete with the 'most annoying sound in the world' running in the background..I so *hate* that movie! :mad

Only thing I miss from the US CN is we have no adult swim :(  Poo :(

Yeah, this is really annoying. These new stupid shows, like "Camp Lazlo" and the Shaolin Showdown one are...even if they are aimed for kids, they just seem retarded and subpar. I remember being entertained by animaniacs when I was a kid...and I go back and watch that now and it's STILL entertaining.

In my opinion, Cartoon Network's programming has taken a turn for the crappy. I wonder if they'll hit a programming renaissance 5 years from now, like Sci-Fi did.

(Remember the past few years of sci-fi, where all they played were reruns of original Trek and grade B horror movies?)
