Cartoon Network reviving "Looney Tunes" - Yahoo! News
desecrating the cartoon gods like this and then cramming gimmicky LA crap in the middle makes for a shit sandwich.
You are dead to me CN.

I'll watch one episode, and this is why: If any of the people from Animaniacs or Tiny Toons are involved, hilarity might ensue. One episode should decide that.

I don't quite understand why the cartoon network is ramping up its live-action programming.

What's that, re-using old Warner Bro characters in a new, updated fashion? That's never been done before!

    (p.s. that's sarcasm)

    Cause it's cheap to make.

Not going to watch it anyway, and since Looney Tunes wasn't my childhood, I don't really care.

The Looney Tunes thing doesn't sound all that bad. It's kind of like Disney's Goof Troop back in the 1990s and I enjoyed that for what it was. And bringing back Merrie Melodies as an homage to the show's original musical roots is a big plus in my book.

Cartoon Network's been dead to me since 2004, when they got rid of Megas XLR and Samurai Jack. As for the Looney Tunes news...eh, I'll have to wait and see what happens.

All I watch on CN is some AS, so I couldn't care any less.

Hey, don't like it - don't watch it. It's really that simple.

As long as they keep Batman in production, I like 'em. Even if they're other programming is crap.

I'm sorry, it's all I got on this one. I mean seriously, a tv station is dead to you because they're actually trying to do something with their intellectual property in an effort to attract, ya know, their target demographic i.e. NOT YOU!!!? Seriously?

Cheaper than syndicating older shows, or funding any of the cheaper, flash-based animation studios? If it actually is, I could totally understand it, though.

what i don't get is the "cramming a NBA game into an hour" and calling it programming.
    what the hell?
does CN think it's a good thing to cater to kids and their inability to follow a regilar game?

we all know it won't work anyway- no pro sport ever sticks to a clock and the last 2 minutes on the clock always takes 90 minutes to elapse.

if CN wants to be Nick, then they should change the name. at least Boomerang is vague enough to allow LA material.

Looney Tunes were the CORE FOUNDATION of my childhood.

If they fuck this I'm going to go in such a nerdrage the likes of which this world has never seen before!
