    YouTube - Captain Power Intro

    Does anyone remember it?

Soaron & Blastarr were 2 of the best figures EVAR

There was another toyline around the same time that used the light gun technology called "Action Max"
YouTube - 80's Action Max Commercial
(note the gi joe commercial at the end lolol)

Which kind of sucked since you could'nt really shoot those jets down in Sonic Fury. You just got points for shooting the light circles on them.

    ...yeah.

I love that show as a kid, but some of the bad guys scared me.

I have the jet, Captain Power and the chick. She's flying the jet. Captain Power and his punk ass can walk home.

I've been running into these figures quite a bit recently. I'll post pics later.

I thought the show was pretty good when it was on. My parents watched it with me a couple of times and they thought it was cool. I think it aired on Sundays when I lived in Chicago. Never had the toys but I always wanted Tank, Soaron, Captain Power and the ships from each side.

I remember this, I had the jet and that was it, but it looked like a pretty cool little line.

    Yep.

I had the main cast, Captain Power and his soldiers, Dredd and his biodreads Blastarr and Soaron. I also had taped all the episodes, though the tape is gone now. Not sure on where the figures went too, I may have sold them when I moved out; if not they're in a storage bin in my parents attic.

As a kid, I loved Blastarr, Hawk, and Power. When I got older I liked Soaron a lot more. I re-watched the series about a year and a half back thanks to pirate sources and was impressed by how well it's stood up. I got the Phantom Striker and all 3 VHS tapes a while back for $1 on eBay, which more then paid for itself in entertainment.

The finale really blew my little mind at the time. The notes for what would've happened had there been a series 3 really made this dark show very dark.
