What a custom this has been, talk about work. LOL This here is Captain Hulk, that's right he is the captain now. My client wanted a clean comic book hulk wearing Captain America's uniform. He is a House of M Hulk with completely sculpted Captain America details (even the little wings and chest armor) using a mix of fixit and kneadatite sculpt. Top him off with my signature painting(That will not fade or chip, thank you very much:thumb ) and he is ready to battle whoever crosses his path.

I think it's a cool custom and I find it pretty humorous as well. I'd say it fits your personality well, TC! (cool and witty) :lol

    Great job, buddy! :thumb

deliciouspeter & TonyzCustomz- I think to have more of a Joe Fixit kind of a feel to it. Something original. But thats my opinion.

I like the wings on the chest, I am guessing you used a tool to get that shape, but aren't Capt's wings more like scale shape? like little "u"s?

love it though, the colors look nice. Glad to see you did it in Enamels (or assume that you did cause you mentioned the paints won't fade) ;P

Thanks Bro! Took an amazingly long time too.

"HULK SMASH!" LOL Caught of guard huh, is that good? LOL

Thanks Bro! I agree I love the lighthearted funny stuff.

Thanks good sir! I always strive for comments like yours. Thank you.

Hulk decided that he wanted his arms to be able to move more freely so I gave him a vest instead of a shirt of chainmail and now he can use the MMA gloves I put on him to lay on the smack down.

    Yup originality is key.:thumb

You mean the chain mail stuff right? I used a sculpting tool do do all of it took forever but it came out great. I talked it over with my client about them being like u's but he said he thought it would be better pointy like so I just went with it. Don't want him to look exactly like the captain after all. Thanks for the compliment. Regarding the paint well I contacted the company that makes my primary paint and they debunked your facts, they said they use color fast pigments and UV protective vehicles(and that all respectable companies do whether they are making acrylic, lacquer, or enamel based) and they will last years and years as long as they are not exposed to tons of sunlight just like their counterparts and that rumors are just rumors. SO I guess you really shouldn't make false statements about your medium choice just because you like them best.

well, not to 'rebunk' my statement, but it's a known fact, most acrylics, including testors citadel and tamaya do NOT contain UV protectants, however enamels typically do.

ever see a bicylce from the 1920's? they are usually still shining and vibrant colored.

Well not my paint then, I have also read before(can't find the article for the life of me) that the pigments in all paints are the same and it is just the vehicle and solvent that makes the difference. Since the paint is using the same color pigment then they should both be color fast. Can't be that well known a fact as I looked all over the web and asked a bunch of companies and no one has solid facts regarding either. So i suggest stop falsifying information everywhere you post such as your site, ebay, here, and all other forums, it gives newbs a false sense of the hobby as well as your customers. The bike argument is false as well I have a TEN(not 88) year old bike and the paint is terrible just like all the cars older than 90 on the streets and I think those are all enamels and lacquers WITH uv and all that jazz so regardless of paint as long as someone keeps any of our customs in side they should all last a long time.

dang tony, what's your problem? I've read countless times that most acrylics are not UV protectant nor color-fast, while most enamels are. You might know of 1 or 2 specific brands of acrylic which are...great for you. but, don't call bluff on my statements calling them "falsified"

do yourself a favor, search a few sites which man. paints, and compare the information before you start attacking me about how you think I wrongfully sell my artwork and mislead people.

Thanks bro, after I was done I had a good laugh myself. Even my client said his wife laughed and thought it was neat. Hulk Smash was pretty easy to do, I used dry transfers and now I love them and will use them for an text I need.

LOL Thanks Kalron! I would love to see a true Hulk fan with that on their knuckles.

Don't worry, your comment was substantial and not just another, "OMG YUR DA BESTEST!" kind of comment so I really do appreciate it.:thumbs2:

    Thanks Rumble!
