Well, if that's the case, I'm going to assume that the 2nd wave of these things will have Arcee and Bulkhead shortpacked too. Which will make things difficult. I need two Bulkhead knucklebustingfists for boxing gloves for Bulkhead.
I got these Microns today, and they're VERY basic, and actually suck a little. I'm a big fan of Minicons and Microns, but these just feel like cheap cereal toys. I got a box of 10 from HLJ, and 6 were opened, which contained a full set of all 6. There were 4 others which still had a piece of tape on them to "seal" them, and were random ones, including a second Prime.
Okay... I have Arms Micron Skywarp and I have the Shadow Microns. They're definitely not made of the same kind of plastic the main figures are made from. I was just hoping they weren't cheaper than that.
I'm really not sure what people were expecting for the price and for the fact that they were gashapons. Was there actually a box that contained them or was it just 10 pieces sent to you?
They were in a plain wite cardboard box. The 10 capusles fit in easily with little left-over space. No markings on it to identify what it is, but given that there were no HLJ stamps on it either I think that is the box they ship in to people putting them in the capsule machines.
Got my set today. I think the boxes *may* truly be a bit random as I actually got two of each except for the black versions of the animal microns - of which I got one of each. I may have gotten a bit lucky, I was already planning on buying a second Bumble Blade it it wasn't in there. As to their quality, the plastic is fine. They are not quite as "tight" joint wise, but its not a huge minus; as far as I can tell, every joint except for Prime and Bumblebee's knees can easily be separated without damaging the figure. So it will be easy to add some nail/future-floor polish to shore up the articulation if its needed. The knees on Prime and BB are actually fine so that's not really an issue either. Out of the box I like them so far. I will probably start up the review thread for these sometime later since no one else has, if anyone is interested in seeing/hearing more about them.
Looks like these will have plenty of stock to go around, thou. no worries, I can bide my time and buy them as and when necessary.
They just sent an e-mail out about that. They're letting the people who already preordered them pick which colors they want, and when they arrive at the store, they'll be letting people pick specific colors when ordering.
