I know the answer will vary as some of you have massive collections, but what say you? I thought the answer for me was yes, but I ran into problems transforming Warbot Defender today for some reason. He's not difficult, I just needed to refresh my memory on the arms for the copter mode. Then I tried to transform Universe Galvatron back into a tank and I remembered why I hate this thing.

    Yes.

But MP Megatron is just a bit unnerving.

After I learn them once, I pretty much know it for good. However, if I haven't transformed them in a long time, I do have a bit of trouble sometimes.

    Yes.
I do however still often puzzle over WFC Bumblebee, WFC Optimus Prime, Alternators Wheeljack and Warbot Defender, even after several transformations...

    Hell no.

Well, to be honest, I haven't exactly tried. Most of them I could get, but I'm sure there'd be at least a few I'd have to get the instructions for.

yes but refreshing the memory of it can be a bit frustrating.

I'm actually going though this right now cause I'm packing shit for a move next month, and needless to say universe 2.0 galvatron almost found himself flying against a wall. that toy is a bitch and a half if you don't remember what you're supposed to be doing.

For the most part, yes, but ROTF Leader Prime and Alternators Wheeljack always require a quick refresher.

Not even close. I've always bagged my loose figures so I don't lose accessories. In the last few years I've started storing the instructions with the figure. The downside to this is that the instructions can get a few wrinkles. The plus side is I don't have to worry about losing the instructions as I have with so many figures.

    No.

There's this one TF I can never, ever remember how to transform, and it's, um, I forgot. I'm normally good after transforming a TF for a couple of times using instructions (or I don't refer instruction at all, depending on the TF).

For the most part, yes, but I forget what Warbot Defender's supposed to look like in each mode.

The first time? Not with Alternity Bee and Cliff. WFC Bee is also hard without instructions.

I never use instructions. I puzzle it out a few times on my own, then I'm set for life. And I have hundreds of Transformers.

I won't lie, however. ROTF Leader Prime nearly flew out the window when I couldn't figure out his chest grill. That thing is fucking maddening.

    can you

I have trouble with certain ones. It depends on the mold. Vehicle altmodes are harder for me than beast alt modes

I usually look the instructions over the first time and can do it on my own from there on, but I still keep the instructions and boxes for all of them in case I get in a pickle down the line, or want to eventually sell them. Every now and then though, I do have to sit and think about a transformation when I'm in the middle of it (Because getting out the instructions to reference would be more of a pain in the ass than actually sitting and fiddling with it).
