Yeah, it must be said as far as Hasbro is concerned this the first full set of g1 esque dinobots since the originals: 30 years... Like Hasbro is not going to do them because 3p done a few: no way.

So too many dinobots not possible.

Please Hasbro we are tired of dinobots we want more bumblbee and starscream... Please...

No, no we don't want to. Dinobots are awesome, and combining Dinobots (if done right) are even more awesome. I can't wait to add Volcanicus to my collection.

while i can agree with you when it comes to the dinobot wars the 3p companies all made at the same time i can't get behind you it comes to hasbro figures. except AOE this is the first time the full team of dinobots have been released since G1. i have the box set of the AOE bots with G1 heads but i'm excited for these guys because of the combining feature. so after this yea i can easily say i'm done and i don't need anymore dinobots.

i think 3p and the stupid oversaturation of the same character all at the same time from 20 companies is making it seem like there's so many version out. 3p is starting to kill excitement at times with that kind of thing.

One of the thing I hate about 3rd party anything is how some people act like it's so much better, because it's big and has an involved transformation. Fuck that I want something I can put in my cargo pocket and can transform with out looking at it, and that I can buy with out having to redo my budget.

lets face it dinobots are huge part of transfomers and they always will be, is the dinosaur rampage over no, no its not.

First grimlock and co need to be released, wijing will likely upsize them so there is that, then there is all the picture that go with that.
there is the leader class grimlock that was showen in the leaks for next years movie line (well i assume next years movie line)
there is also the fact that people are going to want the dino babys done in movie toys, those blind bags are the perfect place for there release.

then there is the g2 repaints already been hinted at with the blue sludge on the picture of volcanius being combined.
then there is dinoking a easy repaint of the dinobots this is most likely to be a multipack or the g2 lot will be a multipack

so while i do feel your pain its been a long long time coming for some of us, for me this is my first chance to get all 5 sense i started collecting 11 YEARS AGO.

ride it out, the next trend to be pushed is likely eather micromasters or g2, but there is a huge push for beast wars OHHHH
    ]

while im at it they could make beast wars themed characters out of the dinobots :D

i'm with you..have a few 3p stuff...mostly upgrades of figures that aren't getting made like commotus or the scarce original figure like steel core. they can be really cool but some take so much to transform.

honestly i have fun with hasbro and takara stuff..i like the mass release figures. i got a couple mp figures but i don't enjoy transforming them or just fiddling with them as i do the mass release figures. 3p is not the be all end all of figures for me and regardless of what people say how good can 3p really be since i see tons of "well it's time to get rid of (insert 3p here)" when the official figure comes out?

As has already been said robotic dinosaurs will never not be cool.

I really do enjoy my G1 Dinobots and Fanstoys Dibots, but they work best as display pieces. With these PotP Dinos I'll be able to fiddle with them to my heart's content, I'm surprised it took Hasbro so long to give all the Dinos the Generations treatment - but better late than never.
