They have to include the articulated spider-legs though. Have the Rotors fold over (to extend length and add a knee joint) and ball joint all the blades?

Has to be a triple changer too, Chopper/Spider and robot mode.

If they can make the spider legs support her weight in her in-between mode I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Why do so many people think that she has a legitimate spider mode when it's just Airachnid with spider legs on her back.

They pulled off Bulkhead, Starscream, and even Soundwave. Airachnid should be a breeze.

Airachnid has no spider mode. Her bot mode just happens to have eight legs.

Where was it said they had to include that feature? I, personally, am more than fine with just robot and helicopter modes.

The helicopter blades end up a little thick to accommodate turning into spider legs.

    So. What.

Even the show model of Airachnid doesn't seem overtly complex to me, so I wouldn't expect a toy to be a problem. They might even fit the 'drill mode' in there.

Hasbro is a collection of sorcerers. They can make anything transform into anything else. Airachnid won't pose too much of a problem, I'd assume.

hopefully the toy is a voyager for them to pull off the spider legs to rotor blades.
deluxe one will make the spider legs too thin.

These days anything seems to be possible when going from screen to toy. Maybe it will have to cheat here and there (will the rotors actually become the legs?) but I doubt a decent Airachnid toy is impossible.

I agree with this. There might be some cheats in it but i do not see any reason that hasbro could not make it happen.

I would LOVE a figure from her! The Prime series and its figures are looking good!

After Animated Prowl, I think Takara / Hasbro can design anything!

The few deluxe figs are looking good to me. The only few I wont buy are Megs, SS and OP. I'll get the Voyager class...
