can spychangers run on hot wheels tracks?

Spychangers seem to be about the same size as hot wheels cars (which was a good selling point) and the wheel rotation seems smooth.

The only problems I can see compounding use of them on the speedy hot wheel tracks is being plastic the weight and durability will be lower. So useing collision style tracks with the metal cars could damage spychangers.
However I think a spychanger could move faster on a motorized track than a hot wheels car because the lower weight means a lower amount of resistance to keep it in motion. (modern hot wheels tracks use motors as opposed to the elevated chair set up.)

It's something I've been thinking about.

The G2 Go-Bots were originally designed to fit on Hot Wheels style tracks. I'm not sure how the boosters would affect them, but I know they'll run on the tracks.

On the other hand, lower weight means less inertia, so accelerating them might be easier, but keeping the speed probably wouldn't.

Yeah, I ran Go-Bots on my tracks all the time. It was cool, but they couldn't do the tricks the Hotwheels do.

right. That's why the hot wheels chairtop setup works in the first place. The metal cars weight assists the inertia as they go through the loop or just build up speed on the way down before the jump. The weight of the metal is more of a factor than just the durability.

at first I thought this was a good joke. Then I thought more about the boosters, you can't callibrate them and their designed to get the metal cars to a good clipping speed they might indeed be dangerous with the lower weight. A pandoras box of plastic peril.

I've wanted to do this for a while now. My problem is that I can never find a basic oval or figure 8 track set when I go looking. I don't care for all the gimmicky sets I just want a race track.

Why I can see them working on the tracks, they won't roll as far. TF have never really had that much of rolling ability. At least the Hot Wheels I had when I was a kid had awesome rolling ability and rolled much further.

Since I'm kinda bored, I'm gonna break out the old "gravity fed" racetrack I have and some Legends/Spychangers. I'll make some videos if there's anything worth seeing, otherwise I'll just post about my failures.
EDIT: Movie Legends Rachet completed the course, everyone else failed at the loop. Those tested: Movie Legends Rachet, Brawl, Ironhide, Bonecrusher, Jazz and Spychanger G1 Jazz.
