I would rather he be voiced by Ken Watanabe, but that's me.

COULD he be in the movies? Sure. We've seen triple changers before, after all. WILL he be in the movies? Unknown, maybe unlikely, since he's not as well known a character as some others who were given an update as opposed to treated with a completely new direction.

He'd likely have all cybertron-modes however, to maintain some level of toy accuracy. Triple changers are hard to do right, and 6-changers are geometrically harder.

    A 6 mode TF with movie style desgin ? I don't think that's feasible.

There hasn't even been a decent triple changer in the movie lines let alone a six changer.

Probably not. The most we'd ever get are Triple Changers.

I'd like to see him voiced by Roger L Jackson (Mojo Jojo).

    Who knows?
On-screen I think it'd be easy to do if they wanted because they can cheat like a mofo. To make decent toys of though, not so much.

    And:

They could pull a DOTM Laserbeak and only give his toy one mode.

I'd rather they stuck to conventional two-form robots. Multi-changers and the movieverse just do not mix well. Period.

Especially in Sixshot's case, since it's physically impossible to have anything that could have a jet, tank, AND car mode without an assload of kibble of two alt. modes that are obviously not part of the current mode.

Only problem with that is I'm pretty sure Laserbeak did not, at any time, actually turn into some kind of Cobra-style VTOL aircraft.

On the other hand, nothing he did turn into in the films would have made for a workable toy.

Sixshot should be voiced by Scott McNeil.

It would work best with non-Earth alt modes as per the original toy. Traditional multi-Earth-mode TFs would never work in the movieverse.

So people still think Michael Bay personally designed every single movie 'bot? Sigh.

Not directly. It was probably more like designers came in with artwork of their ideas and Bay went: 'We'll keep those mandibles, add another two pairs of eyes to that, gimp one of the arms on that, that needs more fragments on the torso, this should be all grey so lose all the colours, flame paintjob on that, change those legs to chickeny ones and gorilla-up the body some, gold tooth here, put giant testicles on that...' and then the designers go away and implement those changes and then bring the results back for more changes and approvals.

And Hasbro were probably in the background somewhere busy with the important task of swooping a pen around the room and going *pew pew!* and eating Play-Doh sandwiches.

RIIIIIIIGHT, no way a muscle car would be CLOSE to feasible, especially with those first two.

I would love it if Sixshot was in the movies, though he would have to be all cybertronian modes if he was. WILL he ever be in the movies? NO.

1, because he's just too awesome and Michael Bay and crew could never do anything that awesome.

And 2, because from a film aspect he'd be impossible to include just because the general mass market audience that the Transformers movies appeal to are just too fucking stupid to understand a six-changing robot. They would see Sixshot in movie change into a tank and then a jet and then a car and then a wolf and they'd either think he was different characters, because according to average people I've heard talk about the movies, Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, all the Decepticons look exactly the same to them. Or they'd think Sixshot could just turn into anything. And if he could turn into anything at any time, why can't all the other transformers do that? Either way it would confuse the shit out off the audience.

They have to actually explain in the movie that Sixshot is a sixchanger and that he's special. Thus making him a focal character of the movie. They'd also have to come up with some kind of MacGuffin or reason why he's the only one who can be a sixchanger and noone else. Like say he was an experiment by Shockwave to create a sixchanger. Possibly in response to triplechangers. For example, Shockwave creates Blitzwing, Astrotrain, and/or Octane. Stronger and more powerful than normal Transformers, similar to the Transmetals in Beast Wars. The Autobots capture one of them and reverse engineer them to create Springer, Broadside, and/or Sandstorm. Then Shockwave ups the ante and tries to create a sixchanger.

Although the experiment was successful, as a side effect, not only is Sixshot insanely powerful, he's also just plain insane. Which is hinted at in the personalities of the previous triplechangers. They have little ticks to them or are just a little more wild and feral than the others. Again, as in Beast Wars, like the Transmetal II's. For example, Springer could like the Wolverine of the Autobots. He's always itching for a fight, even if it's with his comrades. He just hangs around the base sharpening his sword and trash talking everyone.

And then Sixshot just takes that and turns it up to 11. He's super powerful. Way more powerful than Megatron. So Megatron has to kind of trick him into doing what he wants. Sort of like Lex Luthor and Bizarro, except Sixshot isn't as stupid as Bizarro. He's more of got like insane ADD. I think that would pretty interesting if Sixshot was like the Howling Mad Murdock of the Decepticons. Every 5 minutes he's got a different personality.

It also be cool if the added a little Japanese Sixshot in there, so he's got a kind of twisted sense of honor. Maybe he likes humans and goes out of his way not to kill them even though he'd have no hesitation to slice Bumblebee in half. And Sam befriends him and gets him to betray the Decepticons at the end of the movie.

They could even steal a page from the Street Fighter movie. Sixshot before he was Sixshot was actually an Autobot with a deep sense of honor. Captured by the Decepticons, he refused to betray his comrades under torture, so they experimented on him. Turning him into a sixchanger. And as part of that, brainwashed him into a Decepticon. Driving him crazy, but still with that heroic Autobot mind at the core trying to fight through.

Read all that back, that sounds awesome! Why isn't this a movie yet?
