I figured this was the correct place to ask this question, so it involves some minor surgery "custom" work on my Botcon Kup.

After finally spending some time with my Botcon 2009 Kup, I realized that he can't stand up without falling over because one of his feet was assembled UPSIDE DOWN. It's held in with some kind of metal rod thing, but I have no idea what it's called, if it's possible to take it out, and how to do it if it is possible.

Can Botcon Kup be saved, or is he doomed to a life of falling on his ass whenever he's in robot mode?

    Help?

As far as I am aware myself, that is a metal axle, and if you have a sodering kit that has a small enough head, plus a hammer with a nail small enough, you can, slowly but surely, push it out, and from there, it should be a simple enough matter to flip the plastic footpiece in question and re-insert the axle.

However, as I have not personally tried this method out before, you should not take my word for it. I also do not have a Botcon Kup, so perhaps someone who is skilled enough may be able to expand on the method described above.

I suggest you pay someone who has experience taking pins out to help you.
    It's a botcon toy afterall.
If its just a regular toy, I'd ask you to try it yourself.

yeah id say he can be saved, use the tutorials and a pin punch or flatened screw driver and a hammer or just something to hit the other tool with and your away!
