Can Hasbro use names of FP figures?

    And no, this has nothing to do with the damned seekers; I'm actually wondering about Skyfall. Does Hasbro also have access to use that name for a figure, or is it only FP?

    Skyfall was originally an Actionmaster name, I dont see why Hasbro couldnt use it

    The figures are all Hasbro trademarks.

    Hasbro NEEDS to be able to use those names FOR FP being able to use them.

    That's like asking whether Habsro can use the name "Transformers" if FP already have it.

    Hasbro gives FP PERMISSION to use those names.
