I just went to the Thrift Store and picked up G1 Gears for 10 cents. His joints are super loose is there any way I can fix this?

    Ebay:
nail polish or crazy glue around the pins and the sliding blocks in his arms should fix him up nicely

For the crazy glue method, it's best you take him apart first and let the parts dry competely.

Yes, take him apart, coat the joints with glue, let them dry completely ( I'd wait at least 24 hours ), then put him back together.
