To help me locate them? Thanks in advance.
I don't know them offhand, but the six-digit code is commonly refered to as an SKU (pronounce "skew") number. You should be able to call any Toys R Us and ask them for it. If the item is in their systems, or the tag on their shelf, they'll be able to help.
The SKU is primarily used for inventory purposes. It's a lot easier tracking an item with six digits versus a twelve or fourteen digit UPC barcode.
Thanks, the problem is the stores I'm visiting don't have the item in stock and for them to check other locations, they need this number. They can only do text searches for local items, which of course these are not.
Can anyone who has these check their receipt?
I'll get it for you tomorrow when I get to the office.
There aren't many left out there.
Thank you so much! I just got the two pair I needed between 2 stores in Jacksonville! Cheers!
