    A guy on another board is trying to identify this following figure;

    It has a copyright stamp on it of;

    Bandai 1986 Japan.

    Does anyone have any idea what it is?

    Thanks.

    Looks like Sentai or Super Task Force or something, not sure really.

    Whatever that white tank below is looks like it's going to look awesome when painted.
    Like the Marvel display

    A quick guess is some sort of Power Rangers toy. Calling all Bandai experts!

    1986 eliminates it from being any Super Sentai toy I know of, according to any of the searches I've done on series that take place during or before 1986. The way it transforms reminds me of a Machine Robo figure of some kind, perhaps one that never became a Go-Bot in the US.

    Its from Tobikage. A rather obscure 80's mecha series.

    Basicly, the little white ninja robot Tobikage could form a "core" and merge with one of three bigger robots to form their animal mode.

    Kurojishi the yellow lion.

    Bakuryu the black dragon.

    Houraio the red eagle.

    What you have there is probably an SD (standard, cheaper than DX) version of Houraio without the Tobikage combination gimmick.

    Here are pics of the DX version:

    And here is the Zinc Panic page on the line:
