Can anyone cast and Hydrospan?

    just of of curiosity what is hydrospan? Arent Vinyl toys made by filling the mold. then they spin the mold? so the vinyl is not solid but hollow? if that is the case, then you would get unreliable results for clear. I dont think the mold would cast uniformly.

    I think hydrospan is to increase the size of the cast...

    What you described is Rotocasting.

    yeah, exactly. Hydrospan increases the cast over time when in water. Then the expanded cast is molded and that mold is what gets used to make the future casts that will all be larger.

    Wrong area for this thread. This belongs over in the Radicons area and you can only bump your threads once a day...
    There are alot of guys using Hydro over there and there is a How To thread as well.
