Call me crazy but Autobot ships PR inspired?

    While googling some Sentai images I noticed something vaguely reminding me of the Xantium-Discovery docked.

    Taking also this line of thought I compared the Ark and the Astro Megaship. While the designs are different both have the same concept of a interstellar gunship.

    Am I crazy?

    o_O  see nothing what you see, sorry mate.... for me they are totally different, it's a generic ship design, often used. look at the ark in animated, clearly Defiant-Design

    I noted that before. My guess they were going for something vaguely half saucer.
