As a recovering call center employee, I kinda enjoyed that. On the other hand, it brought back some very bad, bad memories....
"What do you mean I can't have my money back?"
"How do you sleep at night?"
"I want to talk to your supervisor! ... What do you mean I can't talk to your supervisor!"
"I want your full name! Why can't you give me your last name? I don't want your "agent ID number!""
Ugh...awful, awful times.
I hear you bud, everyday was always a challenge in the call center field.
