i actually don't drink caffeine that much. Coffee usually upsets my stomach so I stay away from that. I do have an occasional caffinated soda though, but it's rare. The only thing I do love, but still drink it rarely is espresso. Mmmmm
A caribou or starbucks addiction will bite you in the nib. lol. Caffiene is what the world is built on. Caffiene and Tobacco go hand in hand, lets try to break that cycle. its 2007 people j/k
Never drink coffee and I try to avoid caffinated drinks. I get mild to severe headaches when I drink more than two servings of soda in a day and I have problems sleeping if I drink soda in the evenings. Luckily the local market has had caffeine free soda (and its not poison/diet) as of late but its all been Coke products.
I ODed on espresso once. Did 30 shots straight. It made me really really hyper for about half an hour before I crashed hard. And it gave me the biggest headache ever. But the problem was that icouldn't sleep off the headache because I had so much caffene in my system that i couldn't sleep. It was the worst 48 hours ever.
I am a pretty steady coffee drinker of about 3 cups a day. It sounds like a lot to some, but I drink it over such a long period of time and for the most part avoid all other caffienated beverages. Anyways, one day, I had no way to get coffee, and I got the worst damn headache of my life that night.
i had to give up the coffee after my 7 cups a day addiction gave me the sweats and heat palpatations.
Man, some of you people. I'd like to try some irish coffee sometime. The original vodka & red bull, amirite?
