Let jealousy commence:
What?? What!! Must read right now.....
I am so stoked for this show to start.
I read that ages ago. Pretty cool stuff really. How in the heck he got to watch the premier movie is anybody's guess.
Wow, so dense. Packed with info.
It was added two days ago, and I ran a search here and found nothing.
That sums it up. Actual G1 footage.
All my questions have been answered (especially the one about anime sweatdrops and anime-SD doubletakes) so I am happy.
a lot of bots sure do die and come back to life quite easily...
Not even the writing can make up for the artwork looking very cheap and rushed. It feels like poor budget animation, as if each episode only costs a couple thousand to produce.
But I've been disappointed in every bit of TF fiction since halfway through BW. Continuity reboots also seem much easier than a continuation(BW really wasn't a continuation) as they can just shoev the exact same backstory down our throats with just a few changes.
what is this misguided piece of assumption based on?
Sounds pretty ballin.
Yeah - I saw that the other day.
Animated sounds awesome indeed.
Ohh you know the usual, he doesn't like the art, Micheal Bay sucks, Prime's a truck, it's a toyline for kids so it shouldn't look kiddy, etc etc.
This is going to be a show that covers all bases. As it should no matter what anyone says.
Wow. You couldn't be more inaccurate with your analysis. Then again, it is spelled analysis.
i mean seriously, cheap animation? what, it has lesser FPS? are they using fewer animators? what? whaaaaaaatttt????
poor budget animation my foot.
Wow, I'm left with the impression that it sucks for you to be a Transformers fan. Oh well...
Dude, you really must know very little about animation if you consider this to be a low budget series that 'only costs a couple of thousand [per episode] to produce'. Simplified, stylised animation models does not automatically equate to 'cheap' animation.
Re: 'BW really wasn't a continuation' - what in the hell are you talking about? Of course it's a continuation of G1. It's set in the G1 universe (mostly the G1 cartoon with parts of the Marvel lore), with G1 characters making guest appearances and G1 events referenced. The very dilemma of the series was that Generation 1 as we know it was at stake due to BW Megatron's scheming.
How in the hell did you come to the conclusion that BW wasn't really a continuation of anything?
I'm not sold on Animated yet, but come on. You're just being a little ridiculous.
'Sides, aren't you selling your collection and quitting Transformers forever? What do you care?
They're using Nike's old sweatshops to animate it. There's gonna be an expose on "60 Minutes" any day now.
