First, I'd just like to give a VERY big thank you to all of you that posted; this is a better reaction than I ever hoped for. I'm very grateful. You guys don't have to worry about me giving up on this; I'm having a lot of fun with this comic, and I'm going to keep making it. The next several pages require effects/editing, but they're coming along nicely, and I should have the next five pages up on here by noon tomorrow. So, thank you all again for the awesome response!
First, sorry for the delay. It turns out that the one effect that took me the longest didn't make it into this update; it'll come in issue one part two, which should be done by Tuesday or sooner. Now on to issue one, part one...
Nice use of both Megatron figures. The visuals look good too On a storytelling level, I wonder if there's not a better way to convey the information than just a long running internal monologue? Maybe vary the pictures of Megatron, show him walking around as he goes over things in his mind to give the reader some image variety? Or find someone for him to talk to? I think that might be more visually interesting than similar shots of Megatron for ten or so panels. Keep it up. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

I agree with shane, the last update has a monotone sense to it, maybe it's me and I'm expecting perfection.
This is shaping up to be very interesting indeed. I do agree that changing the images about for a monolouge works well to maintain interest, and selecting the right images can even serve to highlight the point being made in the text. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to more.
The next installment is postponed until Saturday, due to the fact that it's raining here and I've rewritten and added scenes in the comic. The update will be longer than the last one, and will wrap up issue one. It'll introduce the main Maximal cast and two more of the major Predacons, along with a few minor characters. It's going to test me on my .GIMP skills, since I'm going to do an ariel fight scene, so I'm looking forward to it.
i know that feeling, whenever i have a day of from work or uni it's always raining which is why i'm postponing mine until late november
