Last week I brought this figure, one of my favorites characters from the show, and today I transform him and wow, he's awesome. Very nice in robot and beast modes. Is my impression or this figure is sadly underrated? Now I want the universe version!
What is your opinion on this toy?

He's okay, one of the best in BW, tho, imo. But I dont really think hes underrated.

I like him. He sucks for displaying, though, because of how far his backpack thing goes out.

I like him, though I don't own him anymore. Like others have said, the wings on the back may be cool, but it's really hard to display him where they won't hit something.

I've got the Universe version and I agree that he's a great toy! I personally like the colors on the Universe version better. I will say, however, that I've left him in his box because of the display problems mentioned above.

I wish I were collecting TFs then. I would've loved to own Depthcharge and Rampage. The interaction between the two for some reason reminded me of Batman and the Joker.

I love em. I just put him near the back and he stands up fine. I also got the Japanese Rampage to go with him.

I'm not a fan of the huge backpack on him. Other than that he is great. Love the beast mode.

That reminds me, I must look at repairing the ratchets on one of the wings. Took a tumble years ago and has never been right since.

I love my Depth Charge though TigerHawk is my favorite Transmetal Ultra. One of few BW Transformers that I always have on display.

If I could hang him from my ceiling, that be cool. :p  But since I cant, and he takes up 80% of one shelf(From back to front, not the actual whole thing) I dont plan on getting him.

He's one of my BW favorites. Tends to hang out of the back row of the shelf. :D

Back row? How in the pit are you able to even fit him in the back row? Or any row.

LOL... he's in the back, with all the smaller BW TFs in front of him. He fits. :D

I have a Metals Rampage that I bought nine months ago, that I'm seriously considering selling. It's only been transformed twice, and I prefer keeping it in alt mode, so there's nothing really wrong with it.

If you want it, I'll give you a ridiculously good deal.
