Has anyone done this before? I know he comes apart real easy regardless, but I was wondering if it's a good idea to buy a KO simply for the attaching parts like the chest and waist plates, fists, etc. Is this a good idea?

YES. It's a terrific idea. The coloring is off, but the fit is very exceptional.

With some repro'ed stickers, it'll look great.

Watch out. Some of them had the connector pieces modified a tiny bit (Chest piece for example) so it won't be the exact fit.

Yeah, I got a KO Superion and the parts are slightly modified and wouldn't always work, so you do have to be carefull. The figures themselves are really bad quality, but if you can get the right size accessorys, then it's a good idea and they usually have decent quality.

What does the package of the KO Devastator with the right fitting parts look like?
