So I finally found a Bumblebee 08 Camaro Deluxe and when I'm about to open it, I notice that the card is wrong... on the top corner is the Decepticon logo, not the Autobot logo.

Is the value of this misprint worth me not opening this figure?

It's true. It's hasbro's way of cheaping out on multi-lingual packaging.
All my deluxes had con logos.

This question gets answered every week, it seems.

Card misprints are fairly common in mass-produced toys. Some toys are packaged upside down, or labeled as another character entirely. Mistakes like this rarely ever increase the value of the toy. Most of the time, they do the exact opposite. The only time that an error like this would increase the value of the toy would be if there was a large enough portion of them released that way, enough to be considered a variant. If the entirety of Canada's run is like that, then I'm assuming that WOULD classify it as a variant, but not a rare enough one to be worth anything.

I prefer it, since I only need to keep one card per wave instead of multipule cards for each character.
