So I just got the Cybertronian Bumblebee today (my first Autobot in over a decade!) and he is my first level 4 transformer ever. My god the difficulty jump between a 3 and 4. After fully transforming him, his "shell" of the car isn't completely together like it should be. Is anyone else having these problems with the courier mode?
Make sure all the internal pegs are lined up. There are a few really small pegs that slot into his shoulder. I forget where they are on the top of my head.
Yeah i got all the little pegs lined up, but the front part of his hood doesn't seem to connect. Like the part that his head pops down to and the backpack just don't seem to want to connect. Everything else is fine minus that one bit... Just more proof that Autobots are evil. Even outside of Shattered Glass.
Yeah... A couple of transformations and trials and errors later, and he transforms like butter now. Not that butter transforms or anything, but he looks good in vehicle mode now. I may review later...
Oh well never mind then. I wasn't sure what the criteria was for reviewing on this forum. I thought you could just post a review of it any time. Oops
No, you're free to post in the feedback thread for that figure. It's just that we don't have a need for one, because there are so many out there. Also, what's with people calling figures evil recently? First Perceptor being the Devil, now this.
WFC Bumblebee, right? I love that guy. It took me a while to figure out his car ode. It was frustrating at first, and I only just realised how his arms fit in.
The first time I transformed that Bumblebee (who, along with WfC Optimus Prime, was one of my first TF's in over 20 years) I resolved to leave him in robot mode, since getting him into alt mode was such a cast-iron bitch for me. Then I got Cliffjumper, and I realized it wasn't so bad once I had transformed him a few times. But I do remember sitting there, scratching my head, and thinking "Ages 5 and up, my ass!!"
First transformation on WFC Bee was annoying. Once I noticed there were tabs in the back of the car, it was fine.
I think I actually figured it out now. There's an unnecessary amount of tiny pegs that he has to have the parts fit into (IE his arms, his feet when going into robot mode). He's pretty solid when in car mode. Just a little wobbly with his feet in robot mode.
